Clinical Supervision

Megan Lukany, LCSW has been supervising LSW clinicians since 2015.  She received her certificate of supervision from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. 

New Jersey mandates that LSW providers have weekly supervision via a clinical supervisor who has received 20 continuing education credits post-graduate related to supervision and has been in practice at least 3 years. 

Weekly supervision will occur in a competency-based framework.  Supervisee will self-assess clinical competencies (knowledge, skills, and values/attitudes.)  Supervision will consist of multiple modalities including review of progress notes, discussion of case studies, & instructio
