Compassionate. Strategic. Deeply invested in your growth.
I’m not just here to listen — I’m here to help you move forward.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s toughest seasons. My approach blends deep clinical insight with real-world tools — so you don’t just feel heard, you feel empowered.
With a foundation in trauma-informed care and years spent working in residential treatment centers, schools, shelters, and juvenile justice systems, I bring both heart and grit to the work. I understand complex systems, family dynamics, and what it truly takes to create change that lasts.
My therapy style is:
• Insight-oriented – helping you uncover the roots of patterns and pain
• Solution-focused – working with intention and direction
• Goal-driven – because your progress matters
I draw from behavioral therapy, cognitive restructuring, family systems theory, and psychoeducation to meet you where you are — and help you get where you want to be.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, parenting struggles, trauma, emotional dysregulation, or family disconnect, I provide a space where healing is possible and growth feels doable.
Above all, I believe this:
You have strength. You have spirit. And you have the capacity for powerful, lasting change.
Together, we’ll uncover it.
In addition to being a psychotherapist, I also work as an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate and graduate students in the field of psychology. I hold my certificate from Rutgers University for clinical supervision and work with supervising masters level therapists in case formulation, therapeutic intervention and ethical and legal issues for those pursuing their LCSW in New Jersey.
